How much does it cost to fix a dripping kitchen faucet in Guelph?

My undermount sink is pulling away from the granite. Is that a big job?
Not necessarily. The seal and mounting clips fail over time — it's common in kitchens that are 10+ years old. We re-secure the sink, clean out the failed sealant, and restore a proper waterproof seal. It's worth fixing quickly — water getting behind granite does real damage to the cabinet and subfloor.
Why is the water pressure low at my kitchen tap but fine everywhere else?
